You won’t miss anything!
The lenses optical grade plays a crucial part in projector image quality especially for 4K UHD projectors where the pixels are so fine. Thanks to the newly designed high resolution lens, the UHD51A is optically capable of resolving and showing all the details the 4K UHD content has to offer. You won’t miss anything from your favourite sports!
Exceptional Colors
The UHD51A offers true to life, stunning colours that meet the Consumer Technology Association standards for Wide Colour Gamut display. Being able to receive and decode ITU-R recommended BT.2020 input signals and remap appropriately for display, you can expect nothing but the best cinematic colours.
Stunning HDR Performance
High Dynamic Range is one of the most important features that greatly improves the viewing experience for 4K UHD displays. The UHD51A manages HDR metadata incredibly well, retaining details in both extremes of light and dark on the same image, so as to bring you exactly what your eyes perceive in real life scenarios. A natural balance between the brightest and the darkest areas ensures no details are lost, making the projected HDR images second to none.
PureMotion
PureMotion is a sophisticated frame interpolation processing technology that compensates for videos filmed in 24fps to remove motion blur. The processing generates transitional frames in between existing ones to reduce motion judder, giving you a smooth viewing experience during action packed, fast-moving scenes.
Full 3D
Experience Full HD 3D projection with the UHD51A straight from your Blu-ray source. Optoma UHD51A is fully compatible with the DLP-Link 3D solution allowing you to enjoy 3D cinematic projection from your existing Blu-ray disc collection. For the best Blu-ray 3D performance, 1920×1080 resolution is recommended. Please note that there is no 4K 3D standard available.
Alignment Free
DLP 1-chip systems are inherently mechanically perfectly aligned. For 3 panel systems, any panel misalignment can cause colour or image artefacts and lost resolution. 4K pixels are typically smaller than 1080p pixels, making alignment in 3 panel systems even more challenging.
Flexible Installation
The UHD51A is designed exclusive with theatre rooms or living spaces in mind. With 1.3x zoom & a perfect throw ratio (1.2-1.56), you can install your projector for a 120”screen at only 3.21m distance, only repositioning your image using the Vertical Lens Shift if needed.
